Joseph Hochdoerfer died at UVMC Emergency Room on Wednesday, October 3, 2001. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Marjorie; sons and daughters-in-law: Joseph L. and Patricia Hochdoerfer; Charles A. and Nancy Hochdoerfer: grandchildren: Angelique Kotz, Rene' Hochdoerfer, Jennifer Hockdoerfer, and Erin Hochdoerfer: great grandson, Chaz Toomey and nephew, Carl Kohr. Mr. Hochdoerfer was a WWII US Air Force Veteran; a member of St. John Catholic Church of Tipp City, Ohio and Troy Senior Citizens. He retired in 1980 from Inland Division of General Motors Company.
