Joseph W. Avey Joseph W. Avey, 37, of Troy, Ohio, died Sunday, July 22, 2007, at his residence. He was born April 2, 1970, in Troy, Ohio, to Norman and Elsie Cox Avey both of Troy. He is survived by three children: Daniel Avey of Troy, OH, Chad Avey of Piqua, OH, and Breyana Avey of Piqua, OH; sister and brother-in-law: Teresa Hall-Gordley and Michael Gordley of Ft. Myers, FL; and brother and sister-in-law: Tim and Cathy Avey of New Carlisle, OH. He was also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by one brother, Norman Avey Jr. Joseph attended Troy Schools and Upper Valley Joint Vocational School. He was formerly employed by F&P of America, Troy. Memorial Service 6:00PM Wed., July 25, 2007, Duke Park, Shelter 7& 8.
