John Henry Steward, 66, of Manchester, Ohio died on Wednesday, March 8, 2006 at his residence. He was born on July 27, 1939 in Adams County, Ohio to the late Luther and Irene Whaley Steward. He is survived by his daughters & son-in-laws; Joyce & Trent Minnich of West Milton, OH; Rita & Mike Fraley of Ludlow Falls, OH; sons, Bill Steward of Columbus, OH; Tim Steward of Minister, OH; brothers, David and Jackie Steward of West Union, OH; sisters, Donna Stevens of Chillicothe, OH and May Taylor of West Union, OH; granddaughters, Raejean Hicks and Crystal Steward; grandsons, Mark Steward, Michael Fraley Jr. and Brent Fraley; great grandchild, Jessica Taylor Hicks, significant other, Maudie Ratliff and a special friend, Rick Brumbaugh. He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Martha and Goldie and a brother, Gene. He was an Independent Truck Driver. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 13, 2006 at 1:00pm at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio with Pastor Pete Francis officiating. Friends may call on the family at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, West Milton, Ohio.
