John B. Snyder, age 88, of Troy, OH, passed away on January 20, 2026 at his residence. He was born on July 24, 1937 in Troy to the late Clarence and Isabelle (Gross) Snyder.

John is survived by his children: Shawn Snyder and Shannon Wallace both of Troy; grandchildren: Allyson Scott, Breanne Atkins, and Taylor Adami; great grandchildren: Amelia Scott, Leah Gibbons, Riley Gibbons, Lincoln Adami and Remy Adami; and siblings: Mary Emerick of Troy, George Snyder of Lebanon, and Jerry Snyder of Troy, OH.  In addition to  his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers: Jim, Tom, Butch, Bob and Dave; and sister: Linda.

John proudly served his country as a member of the US Air Force. He was an engineer at BF Goodrich.
