John Howard Myers Sr., age 66, of Casstown, Ohio died Saturday morning at his residence. He is survived by his wife of nearly 35 years, Nadine L. Godsey Myers, sons and daughters-in-law, John H. Jr. and Shirley Myers, Bruce and Barbara Myers, and Doyle Myers; daughters and sons-in-law, Andrea and Scott Stapleton and Annette and Jason Ratliff; grandchildren, Joshua Adam, Jessica Nicole, Shane Lee, William Daniel, and Miranda Marie Myers, William Connor and Catherine Grace Stapleton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard LeRoy Myers and Mary Catherine Taylor Myers, his grandparents, Charles E. and Clara Bittinger Myers and John Wesley and Ora Mae Jenkins Taylor. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Troy and former member of the Miami County Antique Power Association. He attended Miami East Schools.
