John S. Milligan, age 65, of Troy, Ohio died Saturday, March 4, 2006 in Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. Born of the late, Richard and Ruth Jenkins Milligan in Millerstown, Ohio. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Candace "Candy" and Randy Wilson; brother, Richard; sister, Shirley Miller and grandson, Kurtis Wilson. He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Robert and Roger. A member of the Redmens Lodge, Loyal Order of the Moose, and American Legion Post #43, he was graduate of Christiansburg Jackson High School and retired from Speco Corporation, Springfield.
