John Patrick "Pat" Mendenhall Jr., age 64, of Piqua, OH passed away on October 20, 2024 at Upper Valley Medical Center.  He was born on January 24, 1960 in Everett, Washington to the Irene Emily (Eikevik) Kane of South Carolina and the late John Patrick Mendenhall Sr.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughters: Chanelle, Chelsea and Charmaine; grandchildren: Lilah, Brantley, Peyton, Colt and Georgia; stepmother: Jackie Mendenhall; brother: Kelly Mendenhall; and siblings: Deb, Diana, Lisa, Mark, Bill, Dennis.

He retired after 20 years of service as a truck driver with Riverside Sand and Gravel in Snohomish, Washington.
