Joel Richard Foster, infant son of Rev. Michael B. and Bonnie J. Flanders Foster of Casstown, Ohio passed away on Monday, August 9, 2010 at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney, Ohio. Joel means Jehovah is God. Joel is survived by his parents; his siblings, Grace, Lauryn, and Nathan; grandparents, Dr. Richard and Tonia Flanders of Vassar, MI, Richard and Judith Foster of Greenville, SC; and great-grandmother, Virginia Gale of Adrian, MI. Services will be held 11:00AM Saturday, August 14, 2010 at the Troy Baptist Temple, Troy, Ohio with the Pastor David Mulvaine officiating. Interment will follow in Casstown Cemetery, Casstown, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 10:00AM -11:00AM Saturday at the church.
