Jo A. Reed Jo A. Reed, 53, of Piqua, Ohio, passed away on Friday, April 18, 2008, at her residence. She was born March 9, 1955, in Mamou, Louisiana to the late Dillard and Mayola Fontenot Shuff. Her husband of 36 years, Richard L. Reed, survives. Jo is also survived by her son, Tommy Reed of Troy; daughter, Maggie M. Reed of New Lebanon, Ohio; two brothers: Chester Shuff of New Orleans, Louisiana and Teddy Shuff of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; two sisters: Barbara Fritz of Gainesville, Florida and Eva-Christina Thomke of Bremen, Germany; and three grandchildren: Lakota Mills, Blade Mills and Tyler Clark. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Dean Shuff. Jo was an Accountant with Motoman in West Carrolton, Ohio. A memorial service will be held at 7:00PM Tuesday, April 22, 2008, at Baird Funeral Home, Troy. Friends may call from 4-7 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
