Jessica Helen Paschall, 35, of Troy, Ohio died Thursday, August 7, 2003 at the Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy, Ohio. She was born at Montpelier, Ohio on September 14, 1967 to Bruce and Joyce Cook Paschall. Miss Paschall is survived by her father, Bruce Paschall of Tennessee, brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael and Cindy Paschall of Defiance, Ohio and Keith and Melissa Paschall of Defiance, Ohio. She attended Victory Temple Church, Troy, Ohio. She was a wonderful musician who loved playing and singing music. Private services will be held.
