Jeremy Douglas Warren Burch died at his home on Monday, September 10, 2001. He is survived by his parents, Jeremy and Staci Roe Burch, two sisters, Jayda and Katelyn Burch;grandparents, Linda Hammons, Alvin Hipshire, Barbara and Robert Burch; great grandparents, Peggy and John Hipshire and Betty Mae Oelslager; several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bailey Burch, great grandfather, Earl S. Oelslager; great grandparents, Egbert and Esther Roe.
