Jeremy A. Blair, age 39, of Sidney, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.  He was born on July 8, 1983, in Sidney, to Kelly (Blair) Goings of Sidney, and the late Dennis Goings.

Jeremy is survived by two children: Kylee Blair and Jordin Blair both of Sidney;  brother and brother-in-law: Joseph and Anthony Welker of Piqua.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother: Joshua Lawson.

Jeremy loved the Casinos.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made in his name to donor's charity of choice.
