Jeffrey A. Purkeypile, 40 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away Friday October 29, 2010 at 6:58 PM at Lifecare of Dayton in Miamisburg, Ohio. He was born April 5, 1970 in Troy Ohio to Leanna L. Pfister Purkeypile of Troy and the late Donald V. Purkeypile. He is survived by a brother and sister-in-law: Douglas and Stacey Purkeypile of Piqua; Nephews: Mark, Matthew, Skylar and Kellen. He was preceded in death by his Father. Jeffrey was active at M.R.D.D.; Riverside; R.T. Industries; and Day Rehab. He was an avid Cincinnati Bengal and Ohio State Football Fan. He loved Dale Earnhardt Jr. There will be Private Family services with Rick Schuman officiating. Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery in West Milton, Ohio.
