Jeffrey David Niswonger Jeffrey David Niswonger, age 39, of Troy, Ohio, passed away Sunday, February 1, 2009 at his residence following a sudden illness. He was born January 10, 1970, to the David B. and Diane VanHorn Niswonger of Troy. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Amber and Edward Williams of Centre, Alabama; son, Coty Niswonger of Maplewood, Ohio; sister and brother-in-law, Kimberlee and Kory Smith of Springboro, Ohio; grandson, Isaac Williams; and three nephews: Bruce, Norman and Dennis Smith.
