Jedadiah Lynn Sheafer, age 23, of Troy, Ohio died Friday, December 26, 2008 at the Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, OH as the result of an auto accident. He was born December 8, 1985 in Douglasville, GA to William E. Sheafer of Troy, OH and Naomia L. Garrett Sheafer of Crossville, TN. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Abraham J. and Heidi Garrett of Owasso, OK; special friend, Shantay Hagen of Troy, OH; grandparents, Perry and Sandy Sheafer of Troy, OH and Dan and Linda Garrett of Crossville, TN; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents. Jed received an Associates Degree from Sinclair College and was a 2004 graduate of Miami East High School. He enjoyed biking, custom building motorcycles, and spending many hours in garage with friends. He was employed with R & D Machine, Troy, OH. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at 10:00 am at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH with the Pastor Travis Mowell officiating. Interment to be held in Mayland Cemetery, Mayland, TN. Friends may call at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH on Monday, December 29, 2008 from 5 – 8 pm.
