Jean Lucille Rowe Jean Lucille Rowe, age 71, of Troy, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Meadville Medical Center, Meadville, Pennsylvania. She was born on October 23, 1940 in Belington, West Virginia, to the late Earl and Mary Digman Right. Her husband of 54 years, Joseph Eugene Rowe, survives. She is also survived by her four sons and two daughters-in-law: Bret Rowe of Huber Heights, Ohio, Mark and Rebecca Rowe of Gatesville, Texas, Keith Rowe of Troy, and Brian and Charlie Rowe of Cynthiana, Kentucky; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jean was preceded in death by her mother, Mary, in 1974; father, Earl, in 1981; and one sister, Elizabeth Ann Simon. She attended Grace Baptist Church, Troy. Jean's career was raising her family. She also worked at McCrory's and Dollar General in Troy. Services will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, October 19, 2012 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with interment to follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
