Jean P. Holder Doughman, 76, of Troy, Ohio passed out of this life on Friday, March 19, 2004 at Koester Pavilion, in Troy, Ohio after a long battle with Alzheimers disease. She was born on February 12, 1928 in Sidney, Ohio to the late Frederick and Mabel I. Sturm Holder. She is preceded in death by her husband, James L. Doughman on October 5, 1996. She is survived by her two children, Jackie and Christopher Schmidt of Centerville, Ohio and Jill and Michael Leonard of Troy, Ohio. She has five grandchildren; Jeromie Westerling; Jennifer Cole; Nathan Leonard; Amy Leonard and Kevin Schmidt. She also has three great grandchildren. Along with her parents and husband preceding her in death are one brother and two sisters. She was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Troy and the Troy Senior Citizens. She was formerly employed with Piqua Granite and Hobart Corporation. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Family will receive friends following the service at the Funeral Home.
