Jay H. Lamka, 63, of Troy, Ohio died on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at his residence. He was born on December 24, 1942 in Troy, Ohio to the late Herman and Edna Buchman Lamka. He married Shirley A. Kinnison Lamka, his wife of 39 years, and she survives, also surviving are a daughter and son-in-law; Stephanie & Brian Minnich of Troy, Ohio. He is preceded in death by a brother, Jim Lamka. He was founder and member of Corvette Troy; Troy National Guard; Co-Owner of Total Team Sports and a local DJ for 47 years. He was a 1960 graduate of Troy High School. He retired from Hobart Ground Power after 42 years of service. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2006 at 11:00am at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio.
