Jane U. Beisner, age 56, of Troy, OH died Saturday, January 31, 2009 at the Upper Valley Medical Center Troy, OH. She was born September 24, 1952 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Norwood J. Utter, Jr. and Mary Jane Miller Utter. She married Wayne Beisner, her husband of 33 years of marriage who survives. She is survived by her children, Paul Beisner of Phoenix, AZ; Matthew Veronica Beisner of Troy, OH; and Emily Beisner of Troy, OH; brother, Norwood J. Utter III of West Chester, OH; and sister, Jan M. Hensley of Fairfield, OH. Special thanks to her dear friend, Barbara Frech of Atlanta, GA for staying by Jane's side throughout her illness and especially through the last two weeks of her life. Jane was a graduate of Marion High School, Cincinnati, OH, class of 1970 and University of Cincinnati in 1972. She was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution. She loved painting, arts and crafts, and genealogy. She was the owner/operator of Fastsigns, Huber Hts, OH. A memorial service will be held 8:00PM Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2009 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH. Friends may visit the family from 6-8PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
