Jamie N. Johnston Jamie Nichole Hipshire Johnston, 22, of Troy, OH, died at 2:00AM Thursday, September 13, 2007, at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. She was born May 2, 1985, in Troy, to Joseph and Elsie Wackler Hipshire of Tipp City, OH. Her husband of four years, Adam B. Johnston, survives. Jamie was the loving mother of two daughters, Allyson Noelle and Sophie Nichole Johnston. She is also survived by her sister, Amanda Steven Newman of Casstown, OH; Mother-in-law and Father-in-law: Duane and Bev Johnston of Troy; sisters-in-law: Wendy Todd Bair of Fletcher, OH and Cassie Scott Parsons of Huntington, W. VA; grandparents: Clarence A. Wackler of Tipp City and John and Peggy Hipshire of IN. Aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends also survive. Jamie was preceded in death by her grandmother, Treva Jo Wackler. She attended Tipp City Schools and was formerly employed in the nursing field. She also attended Troy Church of the Brethren. Jamie will be remembered for always putting others first. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Tuesday, September 18, 2007, at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with Rev. Sheila Shumaker officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City, OH. Friends may call from 5-8PM Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in care of the family to cover funeral expenses.
