Obituary
James R. Smith, age 68, of Troy passed away Saturday March 26, 2016 at the Hospice Inpatient Unit in Troy. He was born July 12, 1947 in Dayton to the late Fred and Cuba Maxine (Helton) Smith. He is survived by a son Richard Smith of Troy and three grandchildren. Private services will be conducted at the convenience of the family.
