James W. Rosenbalm, age 78 of Piqua, Ohio died Saturday, November 17, 2001. Born of the late, Thomas and Bertha Hand Rosenbalm, he is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and one brother. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Janet L. Mumford Rosenbalm; son and daughter-in-law, James and Cathy Rosenbalm Jr.; daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Kathleen ''Kathy'' and Harry Creager; Jane and Bob Reddel and Terrie Lee and Sam West; brother and sister-in-law, Lester and Joan Rosenbaum and sister and brother-in-law, Bessie and Max McDaniel; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren. A graduate of Elizabeth Schools, he was a retired farmer and also retired from Deckers Packing Company in Piqua.
