JAMES H. 'JIM' LEE James H. "Jim" Lee, 75, of Troy, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 10, 2008, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton. Jim was born May 19, 1932, in Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his mother, Livie Loftus Lee of Cookville, Tennessee; his father and step-mother, John and Elizabeth Lee of Covington, Ohio; two sisters, Caroline Lee Knox of Bradford, Ohio, and Amelia Lee Buchanan of Florida; and uncle and aunt, Gerles Ina Lee of Tennessee. Jim is survived by his wife of 37 years, Dorothy M. Fyffe Lee of Troy; his daughter, Larena K. Lee Van Hoose of Ohio; son, Cody A. Lee at home; his step-children, Nancy Ken Price of Bradenton, Florida; Gerald Karen Adkins of Greenville, Ohio; Cathie Barger of Piqua, Ohio; and Dianna Robert White of Troy, Ohio; his 19 grandchildren, Lesia Dave Schultz; Kenny Price; Jill Dave Prezkop; Jodi Price; Kevin Price; Bryan Adkins; Liza Adkins; Troy Misty Iddings; Brandy Brian Joins; Rob Lawrence; Todd Christina Lawrence; Melissa Michael Sampson; and Jamie Elliott; his 19 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; his siblings, Lola Ed Watkins of Piqua, Ohio; Mary Tony Marino of Pleasant Hill, Ohio; A.W. Linda Lee of Branch, Michigan; Kathy Carl Perkins of Pleasant Hill, Ohio; Lilliard Sharon Lee of Troy, Ohio; and John Debbie Lee of Covington, Ohio; one nephew, Ronnie Long of Covington, Ohio; and his aunts, Veda Laughman, Edith Slagle, Merle Smith, and Gladys Lee all of Tennessee. He was employed at former Brown-Bridge/Kimberly Clark in Troy for 31 years as a maintenance man, from which he retired in 2003. He was currently working for Spinnaker Coating as a mail carrier. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Gary Wagner at 2 p.m. Thursday at Baird Funeral Home, Troy. Burial will be in Miami Memorial Park in Covington. Visitation will be from 5 – 8 p.m on Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
