James R. Greig, age 77, of Covington, OH passed away on Monday, December 15, 2014 at West Milton.  He was born on November 17, 1937 in Chicago Heights, IL to the late Neil and Edna (Wick) Greig.

He is survived by his former wife: Barbara (Buchmeier) Warner; daughters and son-in-law:  Wendy and Richard Debar of Horner, WV and Karen Staley (Russell Webb) of West Milton; brother: Neil Greig of TX; grandchildren:  Richard (Alexandra) Debar; Sarah Debar; Lucas McKinney; Logan McKinney; and Conner Staley and great-grandchildren:  Owen and Audrey Debar. In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Mark Staley; sisters, Norma Hecht and Delores Mertens.

Jim was a graduate of Bloom High School in Chicago Heights, IL and Thornton Junior College.  He retired from Hobart Brothers Company.  He loved his Harley motorcycles, fishing and especially his grandkids.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, December 22, 2014 at the Baird Funeral Home with Rev John Shelton officiating.  Interment will take place in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, OH.  The family will receive friends from 2-4 PM on Sunday at the funeral home.
