James H. Campbell James H. Campbell, age 83, formerly of Troy, Ohio, more recently of Winter Haven, Florida, died at 4:30AM on Saturday, May 30, 2009 at Upper Valley Medical Center, ER. He was born on July 11, 1925 in St. Cloud, Florida, to the late Emory Curtis and Willy Stalians Campbell. His second wife Randalyn Christine Radaker, survives. Other survivors include: nieces, Linda Ray Douglas of Troy and Jody Gary Stephens of Loveland, Ohio, five great-nieces and nephews and fifteen great-great-nieces and nephews. James was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife of 54 years, Mary Virginia Copsey Campbell in 1999 and his brother, Emory Campbell. He was a former member of First Baptist Church, a member of the WACO Historical Society and the Experimental Aircraft Association. He served in US Navy during WWII and was a member of the American Legion. James was a printer for the US Government, having worked at WACO and later at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
