James E. Bell James E. Bell, 74, formerly of Troy, more recently of Blair, Nebraska, died June 3, 2007 at Blair Memorial Hospital, Blair, NE. He was born May 4, 1933 in Troy, OH to the late Walter and Elizabeth Bell. His wife of 54 years, Theda Bell, survives. In addition to his wife, James is survived by one son, Randy Bell of Blair, NE; two sisters, Pauline Denning of Piqua, OH, and Mary K. McNutt of Troy, OH; one brother, Robert C. Bell of Troy, OH; two grandchildren, Alycia M. Lassen of Lebanon, OH and Amanda K. Lazier of Troy, OH; and one great-grandchild, Dahlia Lazier. He was a member of Cove Springs UCC and of the American Legion. He was also a US Army Veteran, serving during the Korean War. A memorial service will be held at 10:00AM Thursday, July 12, 2007, at Riverside Cemetery Chapel, Troy, with Rev. Allen Marheine officiating. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
