James Robert Barber, age 59, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2021 at Upper Valley Medical Center after an extended battle with cancer.

He was born October 13, 1961 to Robert and Elsa Barber.  James was preceded in death by his father Robert.  He will be fondly remembered by his mother Elsa, his son Alex, and sister Linda (Kenneth) Morris.

James was a 1980 graduate of Milton Union High School.  He was employed for many years as a computer programmer.  He was a devoted son and father, and will be remembered for his quick wit and wonderful sense of humor.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Baird Funeral Home.  A private gathering will be held by the family at a later date.
