Jacqueline "Jackie" Wray (Furrow) Shoop, age 67, of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.  She was born on November 30, 1958, in Troy to the late Harvey and Patricia (Wray) Furrow.

Jackie is survived by children: Beth Shoop, Jamie (Chris) Freese and Drew (Brandon) Meyer, all of Troy, and George R. Shoop III of TX; grandchildren: Anthony, Peyton, Shane and Jacob Shoop, Piper and Harvey Freese and Paisley, Presley and Zach Meyer; great grandchildren: Braxton, Webster and Princeton Shoop, Georgia Shoop, Millani Shoop, Anthony Brandon, Jr., Kyland Brandon, Amira Shoop, Isla Shoop and Avian Shoop; siblings: Michael (Donna) Furrow of Indianapolis, IN, Betsy (Ed) Reed of Springfield, OH, Teresa (Geoff) Horn of Tallahassee, FL, and Steven Furrow of Tipp City; God daughter: Erin Ferguson of VA; and lifelong friend to both Jackie and George: Doug Miller of Troy.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband: George R. Shoop, Jr., and son: David Shoop.

Jackie was a member of Troy Eagles 971.  She was known as "The Candy Lady" and was owner and operator of Patricia's Candies in Troy.  Jackie enjoyed bingo, playing cards, trivia and was an animal lover.  She was known as "Mamaw" to everyone.

Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.  Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM- 2:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.
