Jacquelin Rae "Jackie" Godfrey, age 83, of Troy, passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2022, at her residence.  She was born on August 2, 1939, in Springfield to the late Frank "Whitey" Clark and Sylvia (Richardson) Franklin.

Jackie is survived by one stepson: David (Linda) Godfrey of Troy; four grandchildren: Michele (Eric) Horne, Brian Eastman, Angie Miller and Hannah Unser; ten great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons: Sammy Rae Bercot and Paul Donald Bercot, Jr.; one grandchild: Michael Eastman; four sisters and three brothers.

In her younger years, Jackie enjoyed roller skating and bowling.  She liked to go to flea markets, garage sales and concerts.  Jackie retired from AO Smith in Tipp City, where she was also a union representative.

Service will be held in the Riverside Cemetery Chapel, Troy, at 10:30 AM on August 24, 2022.  Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
