Jacque K. Bartel, age 53 of Troy, OH died Wednesday, December 24, 2003 at her residence. She was born January 4, 1950 in Troy, Ohio to Jack and Sylvia Joann Long Netzley. She is survived by her father and stepmother, Jack and Nancy Netzley of Troy; husband of 33 years, Dale E. Bartel; daughters and sons-in-law, Shawnna and Tony Roob; Karla Perry and Amy and John Russell; brothers and sisters-in-law, Doug ''Stymie'' and Mary Netzley and Richard A. and Brenda Netzley; grandchildren, Alexis Roob; Kasey Perry; Abigail Roob and Kate Russell; Aunt, Faye Hardesty; Aunt and Uncle, Richard and Marilyn Long; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Mark and Pam Bartel and nieces and nephews. A member of the Pleasant Hill United Church of Christ, she was a 20year Miami County 4-H leader. Jacque loved to sew, cook, do crafts and care for her grandchildren. She was a 1968 graduate of Newton High School. She was formerly employed with Sears in Piqua for 15 years.
