Jack F. Waltz died at Mary Rutan Hospital, Bellefontaine, Ohio. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Shirley Schaffer Waltz, a son, grandson a great granddaughter and a sister, Janet Westerling. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Gladys Frazier Waltz, and two ganddaughters. Mr. Waltz was a WWII Army veteran; was a member of the American Legion, Troy Elks, Masonic LodgeFranklin #243and Ancient Valley of Dayton Scottish Rite. Dr. Rick Arrowood will be the officant. An Elks service will be held;VFW Honor Guard will also be present.
