Jack M. Puterbaugh Jr., 46, of Troy, Ohio passed away Sun. Feb. 4, 2001 at Harborside Healthcare Center following a short illness. Mr. Puterbaugh was born Nov. 16, 1954 to Jack M. and Nelda J. Cress Puterbaugh of Troy. He is survived by his wife of 20 years Roshelle Duncan Puterbaugh, a daughter Jackie Marie and a son Casey Allen Puterbaugh both at home, and a sister Candace Sue Bauer of Dayton. Jack was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Troy and a 1973 graduate of Troy High School. He worked as an inspector at Panasonic in Troy. Services will be Wed. Feb. 7, 2001 at 2:00PM at the Baird Funeral Home, with Pastor Mike Eiras officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 2 hours prior to service on Wed. Contributions may be made to a fund established through Firstar Bank for the children.
