Jack W. Lee, age 81, of Troy, Ohio and formerly of Huntington Station, New York died Monday, January 15, 2001. He was born of the late, Lee Mee and Wong Ling Ginn. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Lily Ho; son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Daniel Lee and Kelly Lee; Daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Jim Bense; Lorraine and Eric Carlson and Annette and Jerry Lynch; brother, Frank Lee and thirteen grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Charles and Woodrow Lee and four sisters, Fanny Lee; Jessie Lee; Elsie Soong and Ada Kwan. Mr. Lee was a very active member of the Lions International; Huntington Chamber of Commerce; the Board of Directors of the Guide Dog Foundation and the civic committees of Huntington. He was a veteran of the US Army Air Corps. He was a graduate of Brooklyn Campus of the Long Island University in 1950. He was the owner of the Mei Ting Restaurant for thirty years in Huntington Station, Long Island, NY.
