Jack M. Davis is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mary L. Starry Davis, one daughter, Georgianna Farace; three grandsons; three great grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Miriam Swob; Laura and Clifford Phyllis; Susan and Lacy Mayse; Nancy Ross and Julie and Eldon Cost; one brother, Roy Davis, Jr.   He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy E. and Elizabeth Schaefer Davis; 3 sisters and 1 brother.

Burial will be in Casstown Cemetery;contributions may be made to Emphysema Foundation or Hospice of Miami County.
