Irene F. Hatton, 98, of Troy, Ohio died on Sunday, March 20, 2005 at the Koester Pavilion, Troy, Ohio. She was born on October 7, 1906 in Nowank, Connecticut to the late William and Mabel Moffit Mitchell. She married Lester Hatton, and he precedes her in death. She is survived by two children; daughter and son-in-law; Alice & Whitford Fisher of Troy, OH and son and daughter-in-law; Lester & Mearl Hatton Jr. of Center Harbor, New Hampshire. Also surviving, a brother, Robert Mitchell of Connecticut; seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lester and brother, Joe. She was a former member of the Eagles Auxiliary in Tipp City, Ohio. She was a homemaker and worked out of her home as a Seamstress. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at 11:00am at Baird Funeral Home with the Rev. Al Bastin officiating. Burial will be in Bethel West Cemetery, West Charleston, Ohio. Friends may call on the family Wednesday, March 23, 2005 one hour prior to the Service.
