Ines M. Bailey, 80, of Troy, Ohio died on Friday, April 07, 2006 at her residence. She was born on December 27, 1925 in Greenup, Kentucky to the late Dishmon and Myrtle Ketchum Quillen. She married Paul H. Bailey, her husband of 62 years, and he survives. Also surviving are son & daughter-in-law; Tim & Mary Bailey of Marion, OH; daughter, Judy Wiegman of Troy, OH; brothers, Glennis and Dennis Quillen, both of Greenup, Kentucky; and one granddaughter, Megan Wiegman of Troy, Ohio.
