Hobert Patton, 79, of Tipp City passed away Friday Dec. 21, 2001 after a lengthy illness. He was born Jan. 5, 1922 to the late Maryland and Stella Sloan Patton. Mr. Patton is survived by his wife of 50 years, Susan Hall Patton; 3 daughters and sons-in-laws Sharon and Thomas Denny of Goldsboro, NC, Deborah and Anthony DiGiannantonio of Troy, and Pamela and Randall Orem of Tipp City; 4 grandchildren, Regina and Scott Love of Oxford, NC, Jeffrey and Tara Settle of Goldsboro, NC, Andrea and Cristina DiGiannantonio of Troy; 2 great grandchildren Lindsey Love and Ian Settle; brother Herbert Patton of Beavercreek and sister Minnie Schoener of Tipp City. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Troy and a US Air force Veteran of WWII. He retired in 1985 from General Motors after 39
