Herma L. Harshbarger Herma L. Harshbarger, 78 of Sidney, Ohio died Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 2:35PM at Heartland of Piqua, Piqua, Ohio. She was born February 23, 1932 in Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Lonza and Nannie McFadden Selvage. In addition to her parents, Herma was preceded in death by her husband, David E. Harshbarger, on November 30, 1991 and a grandson, Alan Harshbarger. She is survived by two sons: David L. Harshbarger Diane of Greenville, Ohio and Micheal E. Harshbarger Paula of Gettysburg, Ohio; four daughters: Brenda K. Davis Tim of Sidney, Ruth M. Warner of Piqua, Nannie Baker Mark of Troy, Ohio and Shirley Patton James of Troy; brothers and sisters: Betty Attenweiler of Dayton, Ohio, Ron Selvage of Lakeland, Florida, Alkie Plantz of Jackson Center, Ohio and Dorothy Spellers of North Hampton, Ohio; 21 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She was a member of Troy Baptist Temple. Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy with Pastors David Mulvaine and Frank Workman officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Vandalia, Ohio. Friends may call on the family Tuesday January 11, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM.
