Helen S. Green Helen S. Green, age 91, of Troy, Ohio passed away at 7:07PM on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. She was born on November 17, 1918 in Kelsa, Virginia to the late Millard Fillmore and Vina Rowe Staton. She is survived by her nephew, Paul Staton of Troy, Ohio and several other nieces and nephews and one sister, Dorothy W. Vaughn of Deatsville, Alabama. In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her brothers, Paul L. Staton and Herman R. Staton Sr. and one sister, Thelma M. Jones. She was a graduate of Oak Hill High School, class of 1939. Helen was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Oak Hill, Ohio. She retired from Hobart Brothers after 45 years of service. A graveside service will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at Casstown Cemetery, Casstown, Ohio. There will be no public calling hours.
