Helen L. Flaugher, age 91, of Troy, passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.  She was born on November 4, 1929 in Troy to the late William and Florence (Leffel) Bissett.

Helen is survived by her daughter: Penny (Daryl) Duncan; grandchildren: Melissa LaMarr; Tabatha Wilhelm; Tina Duncan-Michael; Joseph McMullen; Angela Cockrell; June Lewis; Kelly Peltier; and Randy Flaugher; twelve great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; and special friend: Shayla Minkner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her husbands: Ronald McMullen and Frank Flaugher; seven sisters and seven brothers; daughter: Deborah Emmel; and son: Ronnie McMullen.

There will be no services.
