Helen L. Eberwein, 85, died at Koester Pavilion, Troy, Ohio on Tuesday, August 19, 2003. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Sondra and William King of Troy, Ohio; two grandchildren, Wayne and Lisa King of Dayton, Ohio; Steven and Tina King of Columbus and six great grandchildren. Mrs. Eberwein was preceded in death by her parents, Ora and Stella Winters Studebaker; her husband, Carl C. Eberwein; one great grandchild, four brothers and one sister. She was a member of First United Church of Christ, Troy, Ohio; Troy Senior Citizens Center where she was a long time volunteer. Mrs. Eberwein retired after 27 years as a salesperson at Uhlman's Department Store. Visitation will be from 5-7PM on Friday, August 22, 2003 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio. A service will be at 10:30AM Saturday, August 23, 2003 at the funeral home with Rev. Carol Bastin officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to First United Church of Christ, Troy, Ohio.
