Helen U. Davidson, 94, of Orient, Ohio and formerly of Troy, Ohio died Wednesday, July 12, 2006 in Mt. Carmel West Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born on December 9, 1911 in Tipp City, Ohio to the late Clinton and Bessie Marie Kessler Sherman. She married Gerald A. Davidson and he precedes her in death, 1998. She is survived by daughter & son-in-law; Janet Eileen & Lloyd Covault of Orient, Ohio; brother, Harry Sherman of Clayton, Ohio; sister, Mildred Plank of Piqua, Ohio; four grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. She was a graduate of Tippecanoe High School. She was formerly employed with the Troy Daily News as a Proof Reader. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2006 at 11:00am at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio. Friends may call on the family one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
