Hazel M. Rozell Hazel M. Rozell, age 91, of Tipp City, Ohio, passed away at 4:55PM on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at Grandview Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. She was born on December 10, 1920 in Jackson Center, Ohio to the late Edna Knolk Scherer. Her husband, Elvin A. Rozell, preceded her in death in 1992 after 50 years of marriage. She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law: Steve Rozell of Springfield, Ohio and Richard and Wanda Rozell of Troy, Ohio; two daughters and a son-in-law: Debbie Studebaker of Troy and Jan and Bob Gillespie of Tipp City; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. In addition to her mother and her husband, Mrs. Rozell was preceded in death by her sister, Lucille Schuman and brother, Roger Scherer. She was a homemaker and loved her family.
