Hazel M. Francis, 97, life long resident of Troy, died Fri. Dec. 7., 2001 at Koester Pavilion. She was born July 12, 1904 to the late Jess and Della Robbins Arthur. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Larry and Cleona Francis of Fort Collins, Colorado; 1 granddaughter Shirley Francis and 3 great grandchildren. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews and a special friend Lucille Kozul of Troy. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother and a sister. Mrs. Francis was a member of the Troy Baptist Temple and before retiring worked as a retail clerk for several area Troy Stores. Funeral services will be Tues. Dec. 11, 2001 @ 2:00PM at the Baird Funeral Home with Dr. Rick Arrowood, Pastor officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Troy. Friends may call on the family two hours prior to the service.
