Hazel Mildred (Bray) Rigby, age 87, of Troy, OH passed away on May 4, 2024 at her residence.  She was born on April 15, 1937 in Pearl, KY to the late Elbert Lindsey and Grace (Hamblin) Bray.

She is survived by her children: Gary Stephen (Lily) Partin, Wayland Bennett (Mary) Partin, Brian Keith Partin and Tracey Ellen (Chuck) Rigby-Sielkop; sister: Elenor Duncan; grandchildren: Jonathan Partin, Cat Theriault, Josh (Sarah) Partin, Nikki (Keith) Carpenter, Ricky Partin, Bobbi Partin, Jason Partin, Chloe Rigby-Seilkop and Micayla Rigby-Seilkop and great grandchildren: Kylee Skye Partin, Wayland Joshua Partin, Nolan Bennett Carpenter, Cali Noelle Carpenter, Zachary Partin, Victoria Partin, Ryon Partin and Hazel Theriault.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Van William Rigby; son: Rick Partin and siblings: JL, Cecil, Beulah, Margie and Elden.

She was a member of the Cuyahoga Baptist Church.

Services will be held at 1:00PM on June 1, 2024 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH with interment to follow in Casstown Cemetery.  The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00AM – 1:00PM.
