Greta J. Hess, 78, formerly of Troy, died at Akron General Hospital, Sunday, March 30, 2003. She is survived by a son, Robert David Hess; daughters: Sandra K. Hess and Debra Ann Hess; one brother, Jamie Lyles Hart. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey and Katherine Lyles Hart; and her husband, Robert E. Hess on January 14, 1992. Mrs. Hess was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Troy, Ohio. Visitation will at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio on Thursday, April 3, 2003 from 12:00 - 2:00PM with a service at 2:00PM. Rev. Al Bastin will officiate at the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
