Gregory E. Slough Gregory E. Slough, age 55, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 12 noon on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at his residence. He was born on April 1, 1954 in Troy to Patricia Sloan Slough of Troy and the late Philip E. Slough. In addition to his mother, Patricia Slough, Gregory is survived by his brother, James C. Slough of Troy; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Doug Slifer of Covington, Ohio; Aunts and Uncle: Phyllis and Paul Sarber, Peggy Sloan and Bessie Board all of Troy, Ohio; and cousins including Sandra and David Winert of Troy, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Philip Slough. Gregory earned his Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering from Edison State College. He was a US Army Veteran, having served in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and Troy Fish & Game. Gregory formerly worked with ITC Automation in Dayton, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 7:00PM Friday, December 18, 2009 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with Rev. Ed Ellis officiating. Friends may call from 4-7PM Friday at the funeral home.
