Gloria S. Mayo, age 80, of Troy, Ohio passed away on Friday, February 14, 2014 at the Troy Care and Rehabilitation Center, Troy.  She was born April 15, 1933 in Boy-Utan Bauang, Launion, Phillipines to Rodrigo Sotelo and Petronila (Soriano) Mayo.

Gloria is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Betty Mayo of Troy; siblings: Rodrigo S. Mayo, Jr, Josefina S. Mayo, Feliciano S. Mayo, Jose S. Mayo, Pedro S. Mayo, Lydia S. Mayo, Rosette Mayo Soriano and Norma S. Mayo;  grandchildren, Paul A. Mayo, Alysa S. Mayo, Millicent P. Mayo, Rosalyn G. Mayo, and Jade Gloria Mayo.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her former husband, and two brothers.

Gloria formerly worked for NCR.  She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy.
