Gilberta McNeal died at Koester Pavilion on January 2, 2002. She is survived by nephew, Theodore York and niece, Rebecca York. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, John and Grace Munn York, and her husband, Thomas McNeal. Mrs. McNeal was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Piqua, Ohio;Order of Eastern Star, Piqua, Ohio and Salvation Army Auxiliary.
