George Daniel Minydzak, age 66, of Troy, OH; formerly of Sidney passed away on July 6, 2023 at the Hospice of Miami County, Troy, OH.  He was born on August 31, 1956 in McKeesport, PA to the late John M. and Margret M. (Cavalier) Minydzak.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years: Laura; stepdaughter and son-in-law: Kate and Jeff Karas; grandson: Daniel Fuller; three brothers: Pete, John and Nick Minydzak of PA and nieces and nephews.

He was employed with Emerson Climate Technologies in Sidney for 31 years.  He was a member of Troy Christian Church.  He loved wood crafting and was happiest when he had something to build.  He was an amazing handyman and was continually improving the historic house he and Laura shared.  He was a great mechanic and could repair just about anything with a motor.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on August 19, 2023, at Troy Christian Church.  Family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 AM at the church.
